Why they came to us

TestPilot approached us with the need for a more efficient and cost-effective way to test new products and packaging before launching. They faced several challenges:

    We created a platform that closely mimics real online shopping experiences. Brands simply upload product images, and TestPilot selects the top 11 competitor products from Amazon to create a realistic “digital shelf.” Shoppers interact with these products just as they would in a real purchase scenario, providing genuine data on their choices.

    By integrating with Respondent, a market research recruiting firm, TestPilot allows brands to target specific shopper groups. Brands can refine their audience through customizable screening questions, ensuring they receive the most relevant feedback.
